George needs a new laptop because his old one is very slow. He decides to visit the electronics store in the city centre. He makes a list of features he wants before he goes.
George are nevoie de un laptop nou pentru că al lui vechi este foarte lent. El decide să viziteze magazinul de electronice din centrul orașului. El face o listă cu funcțiile pe care le vrea înainte să meargă.
At the store there are many laptops on display. A young sales assistant comes over and asks if he needs help. George explains what he uses the computer for.
În magazin sunt multe laptopuri expuse. Un tânăr asistent vine și întreabă dacă are nevoie de ajutor. George explică pentru ce folosește computerul.
The assistant shows him three different models. One is cheap but has a small screen. Another is expensive but very powerful. The third one is in the middle.
Asistentul îi arată trei modele diferite. Unul este ieftin dar are un ecran mic. Altul este scump dar foarte puternic. Al treilea este la mijloc.
George compares the specifications carefully. He looks at the processor speed, memory, and battery life. He also checks the weight because he carries it to work.

He asks the assistant about the warranty and return policy. The assistant explains that there is a two-year guarantee. If something breaks they will fix it for free.
