Every morning at seven o'clock, Laura wakes up her two children. She opens the curtains and turns on the light in their room. The children slowly get out of bed and go to the bathroom.
Każdego ranka o siódmej Laura budzi swoje dwoje dzieci. Odsłania zasłony i włącza światło w ich pokoju. Dzieci powoli wstają z łóżek i idą do łazienki.
After breakfast she helps them get dressed for school. Her son Mihai always chooses his clothes the night before. Her daughter Ana needs more time and sometimes asks for help.
Po śniadaniu pomaga im się ubrać do szkoły. Jej syn Mihai zawsze wybiera ubrania wieczorem wcześniej. Jej córka Ana potrzebuje więcej czasu i czasem prosi o pomoc.
Laura walks the children to school which is ten minutes away. They talk about the day ahead and what lessons they have. At the school gate the children say goodbye and run inside.
Laura odprowadza dzieci do szkoły, która jest dziesięć minut drogi. Rozmawiają o nadchodzącym dniu i o tym, jakie mają lekcje. Przy szkolnej bramce dzieci żegnają się i biegną do środka.
When the children come home, Laura asks about their day. Mihai tells her he got a good grade in maths. Ana says she played with her friends during the break.
Kiedy dzieci wracają do domu, Laura pyta o ich dzień. Mihai mówi jej, że dostał dobrą ocenę z matematyki. Ana mówi, że bawiła się z koleżankami podczas przerwy.
After a snack it is time for homework. Laura sits at the table with them and helps when they have questions. She does not give them the answers but guides them to find the solutions.
Po przekąsce przychodzi czas na zadania domowe. Laura siedzi z nimi przy stole i pomaga, gdy mają pytania. Nie podaje im odpowiedzi, ale prowadzi ich do znalezienia rozwiązań.
When the homework is done the children can play outside. They go to the small park near their building. Laura watches them from a bench while reading a book.
Gdy zadania domowe są gotowe, dzieci mogą bawić się na zewnątrz. Idą do małego parku blisko ich bloku. Laura obserwuje ich z ławki, czytając książkę.
In the evening they have dinner together as a family. They talk about funny things that happened during the day. Laura's husband shares stories from his work too.
Wieczorem jedzą razem kolację jako rodzina. Rozmawiają o śmiesznych rzeczach, które wydarzyły się w ciągu dnia. Mąż Laury też dzieli się historiami z pracy.
After dinner it is bath time for the younger child. Laura prepares warm water and brings clean pyjamas. Ana takes a bath while Mihai reads a comic book in his room.
Po kolacji przychodzi czas na kąpiel dla młodszego dziecka. Laura przygotowuje ciepłą wodę i przynosi czyste piżamy. Ana kąpie się, a Mihai czyta komiks w swoim pokoju.
At eight thirty Laura reads a bedtime story to both children. They listen carefully and ask questions about the characters. Soon their eyes become heavy with sleep.
O wpół do dziewiątej Laura czyta obojgu dzieciom bajkę na dobranoc. Słuchają uważnie i zadają pytania o postacie. Wkrótce ich oczy stają się ciężkie od snu.
Laura turns off the light and closes the door quietly. She feels tired but happy. Raising children is hard work but she loves every moment of it.
Laura gasi światło i cicho zamyka drzwi. Czuje się zmęczona, ale szczęśliwa. Wychowywanie dzieci to ciężka praca, ale kocha każdą chwilę.
